Four year old stallion, Banksgate Tamlin, is pictured taking part in his first dressage test where he was placed 3rd with a very respectable score of 66. Tamlin has come on leaps and bounds for his new owner, Tamsin Hughes, since she bought him, unbroken, in only July of this year.

Our two year old filly, Banksgate Vember, took the Youngstock Championship at Bowes Show today.

Our new Border Terrier puppy, Sugar, shows she is already quite at home with Fell Ponies. Born within 3 days of each other and both only 12 weeks old, Banksgate Bronco is happy to let Sugar have a ride and get a better view of the world!

It was certainly a good day at Weardale Show with Banksgate Galway Girl taking the Fell Pony Championship for the 3rd year running. Her travelling companion, two year old Banksgate Vember, also did very well winning her class. Our son, Alan, took a break(!) from shoeing horses and entered the fell race winning the junior adult mens class (also for the 3rd year running).

Banksgate Galway Girl took the Reserve Championship in the Fell Pony classes at Cleveland County Show today. Her travelling companion, our two year old filly, Banksgate Vember, took second place in the 2/3 year old class.
